Most definately mate! Before and after ensures you have the protein required to i) prevent muscle canobolism and ii) have sufficient protein required to being instant muscle repair.
Carbs pre and post workout shoudl then provide the neegry to move teh protein about and make it all happen

i would personally supplement with optimum nutrition gold standard. High protein isolates and tastes good too. read the reviews and there is your answer!
