My first week of the keto diet is coming to an end. Cardio and training have been ok although I did feel a lack of energy so my weights came down a bit. I had my cheat meal last night instead of tonight as my family taunted me with fish and chips from seafare so couldn't turn it down. My diet has been good so far. Ive added 2 slices of bacon to my eggs in the morning so much nicer and I have a coke zero on an eve as a treat. I hope these are exceptable changes. On my cardio I managed 2 days with

I started my variation of the dave palumbo keto diet on Monday and I must say I am struggling. Lacking energy and craving so many foods. Have been planing my cheat meal already. Have done 2 cardio sessions this week already and they have been challenging managing 2 miles in 20 mins on the treadmill. And then spending 10 mins on spinning bike. Does anyone have any tips of wat I could have with my scrambled eggs in the morning as finding them bit boring?

I know ive not been active on this forum. I originally entered this comp to try and push myself more personally and also see what i could do with 3 months. Reading what other people have been doing on here is amazing. How you guys can stay so dedicated to your diets and training is quite inspiration. I've always had a semi relaxed aproach to training and diet. Slowly but surely i am realising i need to do more. so i may not be in peak condition for next week, but i hope to push myself harder from
