I know it's been a wee while since I blogged. Not to go into great detail I've had a crappy week of training, had to work all weekend and then was struck down with a cold Sunday night which I still have not shaken. Was back in the gym this afternoon and had a really great chest and back session despite my nose dripping all over the weight room and sweat puring from my face. 45kg incline dumbell press for 5reps was seriously impressive for the condition I'm in and wanted to push the 50kg incline

I know it's only been a few days since I posted but as promised I have some pictures plus it's one month since I started my cut so thought it was quite fitting to give a brief update. Weekend has been very hectic for me with it being the bank holiday and having to work etc. but diet has still been good. Well it's 4 weeks in to my cut and I have to say I'm enjoying it. As wrong as it sounds I'm actually enjoying my super clean low carb diet. Why I hear you ask??? Maybe becuase I'm seeing the results? 4 weeks in and I feel better than I ever have done but feel I have such a long way to go. Not got as much cardio in this week as I would have liked as work has been a bugger to try and work around so I've managed 2 of my early morning pre-breakfast cardio sessions. After a dissapointing week of loss last week and noting where I went wrong. I vowed that this week would be the turning point and guess what....it was! I realised last week that I need to get my lazy backside out of bed to get in for these early cardio sessions and that was my main goal this week. So far I've tackled 2/3 morning cardio sesssion at 40minutes a pop and plan to finish the week off on a high by going Sunday morning for session 3/3. Well I've stepped on the scales this morning and to my astonishment they read 192lbs which is still down 2lbs from the start of my diet but up 3lbs on what I was last week. Bodyfat has stayed around the same 19-20% and I've realsied the mistakes I made last week I have continued to make this week.
