  2. Cutting Day 1 - 12.07.2010

    Weight = 13st 4lbs (increase of 11lbs yikes!!!!!)

    A massive massive effort to drag my ass out of bed at 5:30am, just seems so much harder now I havent got the motivation of the challenge to drive me on but managed it anyway, so half asleep I necked my PHD Synergy ISO7, which again was so hard to get down, everything just seemed a real struggle and completely alien after a 2 week break.   3. After only 4 days!

    Firstly i'd like to say this forum is great, i've been reading through a few of your blogs and have picked up on a few things i didnt know before and have had some interesting reads. Glad i found this site!

    So today is day 4 of my self set challenge and i think there is already quite a change in my body. If i can do this in 4 days, i'm looking forward to seeing what i can do in 4 weeks!

  4. Shoulders.

    Hit a heavy shoulder sesh monday but been working so couldent post it. here it is.

    Dumbell shoulder press 40kg db x8x1 x6x2
    Arnold press 30kg db x6x3
    Side and front raise combo 15kg db x6x3 (ouch)
    Smith machine military press 70kg + bar x8x1 x6x2
    dumbell shrugs. (head forward) 40kg db x15x3
    upright rows smith machine. (i find the smith reduces the pressure on my rotator cuff) 40kg db x8x3

    felt awesome after that. im finding it hard ...

  5. First Lower body workout

    so guys this is my first lower body workout on my new split i was kinda dreadin it before as ive just done deadlift yesterday for 15 reps and the thought of 15 reps on squats was not a good one lol anyways

    lower body 3 sets 15 reps on all exercises with 2 minutes rest
    squats 70kg (this was painful lol)
    stiff legged deadlift 60kg (my lower back is now f**ked)
    leg press 120kg
    dumbell lunge 16kg in each hand (15 reps per leg per set!)
    calf raises 133kg ...
