im gona go on the dave palumbo cutting diet, i had my body fat checked at gym yesterday and it was 9.3 % hoping to get down to mayb 6% for the holiday, on whey and gaspari cytolean v2 come 2moro. im proper excited will update on how it goes. happy training
Well, it's the end of the first week and I can't believe what a difference this Forum has made to my workout and diet. I thought I had my diet all sorted earlier in the year, but by changing a few things here and there, I now have alot more energy and drive. My bench has gone up since I realised I was relying on my triceps and shoulders too much. Deads have improved too(form and weight), since I dropped the reps down. Also, I've never taken a picture of myself and looked at the muscle definition. ...
ok so today wasnt a great one. had no sleep over the weekend due to an extra long shift at nandoson friday night till 130am and currys alarm getting me out of bed at 6am saturday morning to check for burgelers lol. to top it off im having to do a stock count tomorrow at 5:30 am. at least i can beast shoulders tomorrow afternoon. Looking forward to my attempt to shoulder press the 40s. I hope everyone had a good weekend and aren't too disapointed at the end of week one....... guys just remember you ...
