  1. 12 Week Transformation Final Blog

    So the last 6 weeks I've been poor at getting on here and blogging my progress.
    I went back for my skin fold analysis 2 weeks ago on the 12 week mark and had dropped my body fat to 11.4% from the original 19.8%.
    A total weight loss of 9 - 10kg. My weight fluctuates by about 2kg depending on when I weigh myself. My start weight was around the 89kg mark and is now around 79 - 80kg.

  3. Week 2 Day 3

    DIET

    8am - Phd Pharma Whey, 1 scoop
    8.30 - Half a bowl of fruit n Fibre ( decided that I'm too full in the mornings so cutting down to half a bowl)
    10am - Bowl of porridge
    11.30am - Apple, handful of almonds
    12.30 - White wrap with chicken, turkey, cheese, peppers & onion
    2.30 - Banana & handful of almonds
    5pm - Pre workout, Phd Pharma Whey, 1 scoop
    7pm - Post Phd Pharma Whey, 1 scoop
    8pm - Fillet and ahalf of salmon, ...

  4. Day 8

    Well, I went to my Slimming World meeting feeling like I wouldn't have lost any weight. After all, I didn't feel any differently and although I have stuck to the diet, I have eaten a lot of food.

    As you can imagine, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I had lost 5lbs! Yay! So, that brings my weight down to 24st 13lb. Let's hope I can keep it up!

  5. 3 Weeks to go...

    I know it's been a wee while since I blogged. Not to go into great detail I've had a crappy week of training, had to work all weekend and then was struck down with a cold Sunday night which I still have not shaken. Was back in the gym this afternoon and had a really great chest and back session despite my nose dripping all over the weight room and sweat puring from my face. 45kg incline dumbell press for 5reps was seriously impressive for the condition I'm in and wanted to push the 50kg incline ...
