    So im mass gaining. the joys of it all. i am LOVING training and HATING the diet!!

    so far training has been great. stuck to the plan and kept a log of both sessions so far. they went as follows:

    monday - chest + triceps
    bench press - 90kg - 5x5
    incline bench press - 70kg - 3x8
    cable crossovers - 40kg each side - 3 x 8
    dips - +15kg - 5 x 5
    tricep pushdowns - 45kg - 3x8

    tuesday - back and shoulders
    barbell row - ...

  4. Struggling

    I started my variation of the dave palumbo keto diet on Monday and I must say I am struggling. Lacking energy and craving so many foods. Have been planing my cheat meal already. Have done 2 cardio sessions this week already and they have been challenging managing 2 miles in 20 mins on the treadmill. And then spending 10 mins on spinning bike. Does anyone have any tips of wat I could have with my scrambled eggs in the morning as finding them bit boring?

  5. Only 3 days till I make the cut...

    So I've been on here for several months now and not posted a blog entry, what's up with that??? For those of you who have been following my Pro-Hormone diary will know it's nearly that time where I wave goodbye to the bulk and say hello (all be it regrettably) to my first official cut. Just going to throw my diet and training plan into the ring and see what kind of response I get from it before I begin the next leg of my journey on Sunday morning.
