Favourite Muscle/Fitness Magazine

hi guys was just wondering what sort of fitness/muscle magazines use read if any..

i enjoy a wee read after training instead of sitting infront of a tv
been reading the Mens Fitness ones but to be honest they seem to be full of S**T one month they tell you one thing thats good then the next they tell you the exact opposite

any decent ones out there?

Don't read the magazines, but I do like to read a few of the articles on T-Nation (http://www.tmuscle.com/archives.do?y=2010) every now & then.

I got a few copies of mens fitness on offer theyre not bad but i prefer flex and next would be muscle and fitness. You might have to go somewhere like WH Smith to get flex though unless u order it online.

Find muscle mag to be the best. The rest are all full of the same old, although muscle mag is full of muscle tech ad's find it a better read. I'm sure mens health or one of them had a article on getting a six pack in 24 hours! They did that on meet the spartens though ;)

The only mags ive read are Mens Health and Mens Fitness, i prefer Mens Fitness out of the two of them but was thinking of trying the Fitness/Muscle mag instead!

Muscle and fitness with Flex ... their sister magazines ... woudl be wrong not to read them together

i think it was september issue last year. there was a picture of me at bodypower. i have never looked so scraggly in my entire life but it was cool to be in muscle and fitness.
