Hey,
Ive recently started training to gain mass, my diet is as follows - may i have your thoughts as to whether the diet plan is good or if any improvements are required, see below:
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholemeal toast with 5 eggs followed by a piece of fruit
After Training - Sci Mx Mass System shake
Lunch - Large baked potatoe with a chicken breast or tin of tuna and salad or broccoli
Mid Afternoon - Sci Mx Mass System shake
Dinner - Chicken or Turkey Breast with stemed vegetables and sweet potatoe

I would probably have anorther meal in between breakfast and training, but depends what time u train at?Also u should probably eat something before you go to bed, whether it be some whey proten with milk, a caesin blend protein, or some cottage cheese. Thats just my opinion tho mate.

Thanks for the advice mate, will add a protein shake into my diet before bed time, i have been training first thing in the morning before breakfast as thats the only time i can fit training in around the rest of my day.

hi mate, i use sweet potatoes in my diet as i just prefer the taste, not sure if they are more beneficial than the average potatoe. I'm also considering trying the Monster Shake which is on AC's blog as i want to consume as much calories and protein as i need to gain mass.

Yeah try it, u may like it! Have you tried the Monster Shake?
monster mega shake is the greatest nutritional triumph in the history of man lol. sweet potatoes are lower GI than normal spuds so produce less of an insulin spike and therefore are less likely to add fat.
