Hi was looking for a bit of advice on macronutrients
i am wanting to bulk up but just trying to figure out the right amounts of macronutrients i need
i went onto www.bodybuilding.com and used the calculator on that and these are the results i got

weight-75kg
calories-2640
protein-581grams per day
carbs-508grams per day
fat-161 grams per day

was just wondering if this seems right? too much too little etc..
any advice would be greatly apreciated

hahaha no i had a look at that calculator and it clearly has a fault.

calories should be - roughly 3750
protein - roughly 275
carbs - roughly 350
fats - roughly 130

this may need tweaking depending on your BMR and genetic make up.

All depends if your wanting to bulk or cut mate too!

well i play alot a football train 3 times a week so a do quite alot of cardio iv been told this makes a big change to my calorie intake as im burning alot
does it cause a big problem when trying to bulk up?
