so, 8 weeks left, fat is very low - 7-8% on calipers but we could do with some muscle - not a lot, just a wee bit to get that "fuller" look..

now how do we do it?

im on palumbo diet just now, week 4, its going well and i want to carry on, would mind changing it slightly if i have to.. what i came up with is that if i add some protein shakes which are kinda moderate/high in carbs it will aid muscle growth enough without raising my BF level..

so the idea is to have gaspari myofusion pre and bsn syntha 6 postworkout..

also eca stack is going back on the shelve..

would that be enough?

or should i go up with the carbs all together for say 3-4 weeks then back on palumbo again?

at the moment you are losing fat due to a calorie defecit. in order to gain muscle you really need a calorie surplus. the only problem with that is that you may add some fat. you simply have to work out a perfect diet that keeps you anabolic for as much of the day as possible and make sure your calorie level is around maintenance. if you want to try it simply increase your calories and protein slightly and train for muscle growth. see if you respond well. if so do this for 1 month and then cut for the last month to get as low BF as you can get.

thats the thing, if i only knew that this diet gonna work "wonders" i would propably went for a bulk for the first 6 weeks.. anyway, i shall try and achieve the unachievable (gain muscle while loosing fat..lol) ..

thanks anyway Adam, all the best with your gains!! btw, is your scale hitting a 100kg yet?
