View Full Version : In need of a "little" help with my diet & supps

Good morning all

I have been using Phd Pharma whey & Lean degree for 2 weeks now and seems to be going well. I was just after some help with my diet because I am sure I can get more out of it. My diet at the moment is as follows

7.45 – 2 tablets + 25g shake
10.30ish – 2 bits of fruit (banana & apple normally)
13.00 – Chicken salad sandwich on brown, low fat yogurt & mixed fruit cocktail
18.00-19.30 – evening meal (sweet&sour chicken, chicken stir fry, Chicken/steak with mixed veg & new potatoes.

Im still a little unsure if im taking the tablets at the right time. I would normally take the second dose around 6pm before I do a work out. I want to start running 3 mornings a week (getting over broken bone in foot but hope to start in next few weeks) & and try a do a weights work out 3 times a week. My upper body has started to look better and a feel more awake at work however the belly fat is a problem. Does doing sit ups help as a few people I have asked at the gym give different answers.

Hey.
You want to be aiming to have some good clean carbs, proteins and fats approximately every 3 hours throughout the day. If you have a look through the forum, at the Diet and Nutrition page or Weight Loss page etc, then there is some really helpful advice and ideas you can use to suit your goals.
