Hi all in Davey im 32 from doncaster and been training on and off for the past two years but too be honest ive just been playing at it with a terrible diet consisting of junk n alcohol and a bad workout plan.So the plan this year is to stop messin about and pack on some muscle,my main issue is nutrition as im pretty useless with it so any advice would be great cheers

Start a thread in the diet section mate, showing your current average day of eating..be honest to as we can help you better!
