Hello All,
Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 32 and have been training on and off for about 6 years, I keep giving up because i don't see any results. I am now going to give it a proper go. I'd appreciate any help you can give especially on nutrition ( meals etc... ) how often to eat / what to eat.

Welcome to the Forum mate.
If you post up your typical days diet, people can offer their advice based on that. Also, if you have a look through some of the blogs and posts on the forum, you will see typical diets for cutting and bulking, depending on what your goals are.
Everyone is friendly and helpful on here, so I am sure we will sort you out and get you some improvement

Agree with tj, need to work out if your bulking, cutting etc so people can help you hit them goals. Take measurements and photos then in a month do the same again then you can keep check of your progress.
Good luck and welcome aboard!
