Will nandos break my keto if I stick to chicken no skin with salad? At a show tomorrow there all be eating there!

check their website they generally have nutritional information as im unsure whether the sauce has a massive amount of sugar in it

Sugars right down .2g for a 5g serving think that's okay? Hope so I've been using it loads at home. Just noticed it says 52 servings a bottle I reckon I get 15 so maybe use it a little to much :)

Nandos was a massive part of my cut bruv. The livers were a staple plenty of fats. Med salad with 2 fillets. Spot on.
