Getting real bad food cravings at the moment, and I'm only two weeks into my keto diet. Could do with a decent snack to munch on without taking on many carbs. I'm already having my 40g of cashews so I don't really want to be eating any more nuts. But now I'm stuck for ideas???

I put a list of keto foods up in the diet section. If you've not seen it check it out you may find something.

Two of my meals a day involve chicken though, don't want to get to repetitive with the food I eat.....

Venison Sausage - cook say a packet and keep them cold 1 or 2 should suffice

Ice cold water and will power mate......snacking leads to more snacking and before you know it, you will be surrounded by empty packets of haribo's, crisps and a few snicker bar wrappers! LOL

sugar free jelly. not that it's got any nutritional value at all, but if you want a snack then yeah, jelly :)

You have to be careful of sugar free stuff, the sweetners in them are a devil for the body to process!
