As above..i myself probably spend a good £100.
If we are talking about the value of the supplements i consume per month it is well over £100. i go through probably a tub of protein, a creatine product, half a million protein bars, sometimes a pre-workout, phd recovery 2:1 (always have to have this), usually take ZMA, my bedtime blend. and then the rest of my wages goes on food and gym membership. if i didnt train id be loaded :(

I was going to say.
If we count food as a bodybuilding supplement we'd all be skint(er)!!
I voted £50 - £100.

being a student and only having a job over christmas and summer means i cant spend as much as id like to on eitheir food or supplements, just bought phds synergy and methoxy 7 spending £70, should last me a month but probably gonna need to get some more synergy before the months out as im taking it as pre and postworkout. if i were to spend more then id need more guidance about what to go for then i could go abit more religiously with my training, my diets pretty good for a student budget, meals mainly consist of some sort of lean protein heaped with veggies and a bowl of rice or pasta.

Yeah, i mean purely supplements, with food i wouldnt like to think what i spend.
my diet uses alot of mrps and shakes so i can easily go through 5kg protein in a month.

my last order was for 130quid..
think I'm gonna exceed that sum with the next one - I buy protein powder and bars mostly - its easier than try to consume all that chicken, beef, turkey etc..

If i bought top brands all the time id spend a fortune...purely cause of the fact i only have 2maybe 3 solid meals a day then 4shakes.

Good poll... I think 100 is easily done really so I went for 50-100... 2.27kg protein lasts me about 2 weeks so similar to Josh there... afraid thats where the similarity stops! lol
I'm going to be earning £850PCM soon (more if I get commission) so I'll very likely be looking at at least one tub of protein, creatine, flapjacks and a recovery product. I may, money allowing, look at a bedtime blend as well. We'll see how it goes. I have to support my household primarily for a little while and then maybe save up towards my own runaround, so it depends. As long as I can sort out manly time, I'll be fine!

I like to always have a basic protein and a night time protein (both PhD Products, Whey & blend) as well as a multivitamin so that's about £90, i've also bought bulk bottles of ZMA (270caps) CLA (180caps) Omega3 (1000caps) which all last me 2-3 months, probably longer for the Omega's and then sometimes i'll treat myself to something a bit different, so it prob averages out over £100 but only by a tiny amount.

I spend at least about £75 a month on supplements and some times over £100.

Well I had a bit of left over cash today, I get paid next Tuesday. I treated myself to a big tub of Myofusion, a tub of Gaspari Mass and my 17Ts were running low so I bought a bottle of those as well...............and then I got 30% discount off the grand total from my local Powerhouse Fitness!!!!! Bargain!!!!!

Powerhouse can afford to give out 30% discounts from robbing everyone on equipment. I wouldn't buy a single thing from them again due to there piss poor customer service.
My orders are up and down I reckon I average 100- 150. Need to get my diet sorted as wasting the money really relying on them more than my diet. Last order was over 200 but still got loads of supp's left, which is good cause I'm skint.

It might be just one store that you have had problems with Matt. I have nothing but praise for my local store, their customer service is excellent, plus the guys there keep getting me to do the odd set on the equipment in the store lol.

On a quest for food earlier whilst waiting for my protein to arrive... (i hate not having some lined up ready, every meal is a challenge to fulfil requirements and I end up failing lol). I popped into H&B today and picked up some flax seed oil for 4.99 half price... bargain. Now I need to make room for the extra 14g of fat haha.

I spend wayyy to much! lol
I've not earned anything yet but as I had about £650-700 of my savings left, I fathomed I'd get in on the PW/LD offer and got myself two sets of that (Choc Mint and Strawberry), a pair of MaxiMuscle training gloves as my newer nikes are gash compared to my old ruined ones, and 500 Reflex BCAAs. Fun! Came to £99 total. Probably about what I'll spend per month, if you sub out the second PW tub for creatine and the occasional box of flapjacks.

I'm only a lightweight apparently, I only buy a single 2.27kg tub of protein per month. That's enough for 3 x single scoop shakes per day.
That said, I probably spend double what your average joe spends on food per week, as even Machine is often shocked by how much a 62kg nerd can put away. I am much more inclined to do things the "natural" way. After all, supplements are... well... supplements. The clue's in the title :p

I wouldn't class using supplements as not 'natural', talking about stuff as creatine, glutamine, multivits, EFA's etc, anything that wouldn't make you fail a piss test is ok in my books.

You may think I'm a glutton for punishment, or just kooky, but I get a great deal of satisfaction out of doing things with as little artificial help as possible. This is entirely a personal choice, and I in no way expect other people to conform to my standards :)

I'd say over £100 on average. Add my food and you get one massive monthly bill lmao

less than £25 on supps per month, I only use whey protein (which I bulk buy unflavoured) don't really use other supps unless I splash out on some SizeOn or something as a treat.
I spend between 50-60 quid a week on food

Probably about 100ish per month, still stay with my parents, so they pay for most of the food haha, but I spend around 20ish a week extra
