Hi Guys. Sat at work on a friday doing the usual friday thing (Nothing) so thought id take the opportunity to introduce myself.

Chris
5ft 11
12st 2lbs
12% body fat (last time I checked)

Basically started training when i had my ACl reconstructed and latteral and medial meniscus repaired due to the fact i could no longer play football. So i hobbled about the gym in my knee brace and took a shining to it.

After the surgery I dropped to 10st so in two years iv gained 2st. In reality though, only been training properly (or in my opinion properly) for a year at the most.

Diet (mon/fri) weekends are usually a blur.

8am - weetabix, pint of water, cup of tea
10am - tuna sandwich or 2 scrambled eggs
1pm - jacket potato, cottage cheese & spinach or beans on toast or a sandwich (tuna, or egg mayo etc)
4pm - Shake (myprotein & reflex creatine 5g) and 4 oatcakes with either cottage cheese or peanut butter)
5:15 - PHD V-Max Pump & bananna
5:45 - train for 45 to 60 mins
6:45 - Shake
7:30 - tea (mother decides, she is well aware of how my plate should look i.e. 40/30/30)
Bed time - Scrambled eggs or cereal or peanut butter on toast.
12 pm - Bed

I am currently on a bulk (I think) however, as i go to Ibiza in 8 weeks i`d like to lose the belly and maybe obtain some muscle definition around the ab and pec area. so any advice would be great.

Great forum. Look forward to your input

Chris
