The key to putting more weight on is a good high caloric diet, with high protein and high carb intake, and also a good level of healthy fats, eating a small meal every 2-3 hours, which may have to be adapted due to your working hours etc..... Have a look through the forum for some bulking diets. With powders, a protein whey shake is pretty much essential whilst training, and I'd invest in good weight gainer and have in place of a meal to make sure your getting enough protein and carbs throughout the day.

get the weight gain protein going. plus if not much time to train go for the compound moves like bench press, dead lifts and squats. they will hit multiple muscle groups and target larger muscles

It's all about the food bro. Try a high calorie weight gainer like mutant mass. Add olive / nut oil to shakes and meals. Foods like sweet potatoes have massive calorie content stick to those as often as possible. It's not easy but little steps become habit which in turn make it easier.

I think thats the most ridiculous advice i have seen. There would be far too much sugar and bad fat in this
