Im looking at starting a new diet/nutrition plan, to promote lean/dry gains....
Had a look at a few plans, but there seems to be endless amounts of low carb/lean mass diets out there.
Tips and advice would be appreciated

Low carb diet is if your on a cut eg palumbo diet/ anafit diet
However if your on a bulk you need to be eating more clean calories and the majority should come from protein, carbs are also very important, aim for about 2g per bodyweight.
Im not an expert in this field, just eat more and keep it clean. Try adding the monster mega shake for breakfast that has tones of calories in it.
Hope it Helps

For lean mass gains, as said above try to eat cleanly. It's also important to eat about every 2.5-3 hours. This will help speed up your metabolism and promote anabolism with the right training. Aim for around 3000 - 3500 good calories a day, however this depends on your BMI so you'll have to do a bit of research. Also make sure you drink about 3.5 litres of water a day to flush your system and for general wellbeing.
To conclude;
1.5 - 2g of protein per pound of bodyweight,
plenty of water,
light cardio atleast twice per week,
eat every 2.5-3 hours over 6-7 meals comprising a total of 3000 - 3500 good calories a day.
You can also supplement with cla and/or EPA amongst other healthy fats.
I hope this helps and good luck with your training and diet.
