Hi everyone, ive spent long enough creeping about here looking at everyone elses blog, so i thought i might aswell get one of my own going on here. Ive loved all the brillaint tips and advice ive picked up from just looking about here and Im hoping blogging what I do in the gym and what I eat, Ill get some good advice to take getting ripped to a new level!

A bit about me, Im Greg, a 19 year old student. I got into really training big about 8 months ago after I had a big knee operation after a footballing accident, and from the constant rehab hours in the gym I became hooked. Back then when i started i was a 11.5 stone 6 ft 3, who was built like a side of a fiver.
Gradually since then Ive worked things up, with I think making my workouts and diet alot better along the way.

My initial goal was to add on some lean muscle then look to tone up once i got to a big enough size. After i weighed myself for this, im now 14st still at 6ft 3.

With being a student and having a part time job, having a set routine has been fairly hard to hold on, as no weeks the same, and the temptation of the union always plays on my mind. But i definetly try to train 5 times a week, and have one cheat day.

Just for example this is my split for this week:
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Shoulders
Wednesday- Arms
Thursday- Legs
Friday- Back

in following blogs il post you my workout routines (youl probably recognise some of them, as theyv been stolen off pages on here) and a sample of what my day-to-day diet, as from what ive learned on here it seems to be the most important.

Sorry to bore you all, your probably just waiting for some punny weight sizes to mock at :P joking.
Id love for feedback, tips, advice on anything i post as id say im still a relative newby to this game, so whether it be good or bad just let me know,

Thanks
Greg

PS congrats to everyone in the body challenge, definetly inspired me with your fantastic results
