is 100g oats too much? should i swap the semi skimmed milk for water? would really appreciate some ideas. thanks in advnace!

Depends how much you weigh and how much cardio you do. When im bulking i'll have 100g of oats, but i wont be doing any cardio after. That shakes got about 80-90 grams of carbs in id say, but if you go on a 5 mile run you'll use that anyway, i'd make sure you have carbs after it aswel though. I have skimmed milk with my porridge, dont like the taste with water but i wouldn't worry about 200ml of semi skimmed if you prefer it.

if i was having that id add 50g more oats, 25g more whey, and i put half n half water and milk, possibly chuck a couple of eggs in aswell

Seeing as you don't wanna put on any more size, we won't mention the Monster Mega Shake lol!!!!!
